This Phase 3 interim report (November 2025) summarises early progress, learning and emerging impact from the first months of delivery.

This report provides a summary of the impact of funding from organisations funded through the Early Adopters 3 Fund, which was delivered between December 2023 and December 2024.  A targeted approach was taken to identify projects working with people and geographical areas who had previously not been supported by the programme.

This report provides a summary of the impact of the funding provided to organisations through the Small Grants Fund 2024. The main objective of the fund was to support small, local organisations with an income of less than £250,000 per annum to continue or extend digital inclusion activities with people at risk of death from a drug overdose and those who cared about them and supported them.

This report provides a summary of the impact of the funding from organisations funded through the Follow On Fund. Organisations funded through Early Adopters 1 & 2 funds were invited to apply for Follow on Funding in May 2023.
