DLS Evaluation 2023

This evaluation report of the Digital Lifelines Scotland Programme was produced in March 2023 by Drugs Research Network Scotland. The DRNS, based at the University of Stirling, was tasked with evaluating the programme as well as
supporting data collection around users’ needs and reviewing the literature and evidence base
around the use of digital technology to support people at risk of drug related harm.
