DLS Summary Report for Policymakers

This summary report has been prepared for national and local policymakers and strategists to
outline the full implications of the Phase 2 evaluation (April 2023 – March 2025) of the Digital
Lifelines Scotland [DLS] programme, and to identify a bespoke set of resulting
recommendations.
